Bill mauldin a life up front5/11/2023 ![]() ![]() She took my blood and I’ve not gotten a bruise like most leave you with. Even when it flag something in my insurance saying it may not pay she showed me and had me sign and acknowledge whether I wanted it still done. The nurse who called me back and drew my blood was great! She knew what she was doing and did it in a professional manner. Probably less than a ten minute wait today. The wait time was not to bad I had 6 people ahead of me and two of those on the Solv app showed had appointments. I guess you have to come in as a group to get better attention from them. Only once whole group of about 7 people walked through the door that’s when one of the front desk ladies come out and used a wipe on the front of the iPad and proceeded to help all of them. After a couple people used the same iPad one after another not knowing the had handy alcohol wipes we could of used in between each person. I hadn’t used the new method of signing in on the iPad and they were not helpful. ![]() ![]() ![]() The front office staff aren’t to friendly when you first come into sign in. The plus side of being able to see how many people waiting before you is great with he new Solv app you can download. I really like the fact you can sign in on an iPad now. ![]()
